The lively and interactive discussion included experts from climate restoration, public health, law enforcement, and abuse prevention. We will also hear from the authors of “Harm Reduction – The Manifesto”, directed by Abdelhak Najib and Moroccan psychiatrists and addiction specialists Dr. Imane Kendili and Dr. Jallal Toufiq, a collective work that summarizes the work of 26 experts from 9 countries, covering various fields of expertise, ranging from public health to social anthropology, different medical disciplines, philosophy, sociology, as well as macroeconomic analysis.

This public forum will be co-hosted by The Washington Times and CollaborateUp, with support from: MAPA, Aphorisme Consulting, Orion Medias, R Street, and Philip Morris International.

The book “Harm Reduction – The Manifesto”, directed by Abdelhak Najib and Moroccan psychiatrists and addiction specialists Dr. Imane Kendili and Dr. Jallal Toufiq, is a collective work that groups 26 experts from 9 countries (France, Belgium, UK, Lebanon, Tunisia, Switzerland, Japan (Sullivan study), Senegal, Morocco) covering various fields of expertise, ranging from public health to social anthropology, different medical disciplines, philosophy, sociology, as well as macroeconomic analysis. It targets a general audience explaining in simple language harm reduction concepts and provides recommendations on public health policies.
