Recruiting 'woke warriors' within the Black community

In recent years, the term "woke" has gained nauseating momentum in political and social discourse. Yet we still seem to have different definitions. Some say it's a "trendy" ideology. Others say it's a deceptive movement with nefarious intentions. Perhaps put simply, it refers to a social and political consciousness that is overly sensitive to discrimination to the point where it actually creates a division among the people.
