The Wonderlic Cognitive Ability Test is a popular intelligence test used to assess the aptitude of prospective employees. The NFL famously uses such a test for draft prospects at the NFL Combine as part of their overall athlete evaluations. The standard test is 50 questions to be completed in 12 minutes.
